day 25

Today I am thankful for a lovely swim on a boiling hot day. I don't think anything tops a swim on those days like today. It was so hot that it was hard to leave the house, or even get the energy to pack a swim bag, but I knew it would be worth it..... And it most definitely was!

    Its -10 degrees here today - I know how stiffling a hot hot day can be, but I would trade some sweat for frozen nose boogers!
